Log in to your account or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original luxury presentation box and secure them within the outer shipping carton along with the completed return form.
Complimentary Collection
Affix the pre-paid boutique shipping label to the exterior of the parcel and schedule a convenient courier collection or drop it off at an authorized location.
Quality Assessment & Refund
Once received, our master tailors will inspect the garment's condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
